"My total experience with MDinTouch has been remarkably positive. As a nurse practitioner, who opened her own independent GI practice at the same time she was completing her doctorate of nursing practice, I could not have been more pleased from the beginning to the end. There was absolutely no pressure but plenty of explanation when I first contacted the company regarding the possibility of adding Dragon to my practice. I started with Practice Fusion from the get-go, why not since it was going to be an eventual requirement and I did not have any existing charts to transfer. However, I soon learned that even with good typing skills charting was quite labor intensive. I knew that going forward as my practice load increased I would have to develop a faster way of charting.

Although it took several attempts, secondary to my crazy schedule, I had the information meeting with sales. Again, I never felt pressured but completely satisfied with the answers to my questions. There was total honesty in regards to the Dragon’s capabilities, but also how important it was for the provider to do their part in training the program. It was also nice that even though I bought the program during the time I was in school, I was allowed to defer my one-on-one training until I graduated a few months later. This actually worked out nicely, since my schedule was still very limited and I was able to take the necessary time to train the dragon.

I was amazed at all the “big” GI words it could spell and I no longer had to resort to my Taber’s dictionary. When I did get my special training with Carolyn it was very enjoyable and informative. Even though I had already taught myself many of the commands, she enabled me to shortcut them into the Practice Fusion charting. Eddie and Carolyn each had to do some magic when they started my training session, apparently I have a pretty secure fire wall in place, but they were savvy enough to work it out, I know I would not have known how to do it.

I feel that this has been a very good investment especially now as I move forward to promoting my practice to its full potential."
